From my early days in my high school art class, I found a passion for sculpting and painting. Though the passion simmered in the background for years, it wasn't until 20 years later when that I started working at Lahaina Galleries that it reignited. Surrounded by art all day, I started to have inspirations of becoming a painter myself. Timing is everything.

My wife, Denise, is an established artist herself, so when we purchased our home, we had a wonderful artist space built in the garage for her. Having this inspiring shared space to step into, I began experimenting with a paintbrush and found that painting still called to me even so many years later. 

As a Maui based artist, and I draw inspiration from the stunning natural world around me. I have been self taught over the last year. through experimentation on the canvas. I look forward to seeing where this new journey takes us.
